$150 / Hour; $750 minimum; $500 flat fee for barricade fencing.
$300 deposit required to hold event date.

Bike valet makes your event bike-friendly!

Secure: all bikes are kept within a fencing perimeter. No bike locks required!

Convenient: Riders pull right up to the valet stand, get a number, and respond to a text.

Accessible: Make sure all modes are included in your event. We can fit kid-trailers, trikes, and tandems, too.

Friendly: Our staff is on hand to extend a warm welcome to your event.

The small print: Full payment required 2 weeks in advance.

Cancellation and refund policy:

*More than 2 weeks: deposit returned.

*Less than 2 weeks: deposit kept by Shift.

Weather-related cancellations or unforeseen circumstances: Fees are refunded, deposit is held for future events.

Full refund if Shift cancels a valet event.

$50 / Rack: Each rack holds 14 bikes.

Need more spots for attendees to lock their bikes? We’ll provide racks to help you meet capacity. No fencing, staff, or monitoring security included.

Pop Up Repairs: While bikes are parked, we can do simple repairs such as pumping up tires, checking brakes, and tightening up loose parts.

Spin Art Bike: Bring some color to your event with our spin art bike! We bring the paint, paper, and bike.

Visibility & Safety: Front and rear bike lights and safety vests are available for all valet users.
