PEDAL FORWARD

Shift’s workforce development program Pedal Forward provides participants with hands-on education and guidance about bike mechanics.

Through partnerships with The Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, Goodwill Industries, local shelter providers, and area bike shops and manufacturers, we are training the next generation of bike mechanics to support community needs.

You can find Pedal Forward graduates out at our Repair Pop Up events and other community opportunities to encourage more people to ride!
